Well, that site tells me three things. First, none of those people are worrying about cholesterol. Second, few if any are vegetarians -- one ordered only a jar of pickles, another ordered just fruit, but most ordered meat and more meat. Third, unless the choices they're given are limited, and according to legend they're supposed to be allowed almost anything, none of them ever heard of Julia Child. No souffles, no sole almandine, no duck orange, no anything that wouldn't be found at the greasiest greasy spoon in Waco. Other than that wisdom, I'm mystified as to why you posted the link to me. Maybe just because I was there??
