Oct 98 low for NDX was 1063 Mar 00 high for NDX was 4816 we be at 1908 we be 845 points from low, high be 3743 points from low that don't look like 62 percent... unless you be counting 0 as basis heads (NDX) you lose, tails (COMP) you lose I think we had 5 consecutive down weeks in COMP, 6 for the NDX.
