If everybody who voted for Gore refused the tax cut, the tax cut would become only half of the 1.6 trillion projected, even less than Democrats propose.

I thought that Gore supporters were all poor blacks on welfare.

That is probably the loosest interpretation I've seen of Bush's Supreme Court appointment so far.
