What Underlies productivity.? Having timely information to make efficient decisions. How does all that infomation get around? More and more information for less and less dollars. How??? With fibre optic cables. What is the chief reason that more and more information gets around faster and faster more and more cheaply. Lasers with more and more power and with frequency agility.
