It's not kindness which draws foreigners to invest in the United States. They want to make money, and they believe the U.S. is a sound place to invest, which offers a good value.

Dear Nadine: If it doesnt happen, please dont blame GW, blame CONGRESS. All budgets orginate in the House and have to be agreed to by the Senate. It was the Republicans and their contract with America that made Slick look good. Now, with Dems getting close to majority who knows what the future holds, but in any event no President can do anything other then BEG. JDN
