Have ya seen the article out of the NYT that is being posted around? You know, the one titled something like A Year Later -- Time To Be Greedy. A real fluff piece. ROFLMAO. Anybody who thinks tech is cheap here is simply not reading for comprehension.

While these bullish articles get written and are pounced on so quickly by the hopeful permabulls, I will maintain my downward bias *in the long timeframe*.

I am waiting for the article titled:
Four Years Later -- Time To Forget About Equities Completely

<It was really just a general comment that for the debt bubble to be still growing (as it is), we necessarily are seeing lenders closing their eyes to increasing risks. >

I was of the mind that the bubble is now imploding, not growing. I'm hearing you can borrow for a house if your 'conforming' or no risk but corperations are shut off.

Coming up to first inflection point here. What's it going to do? If we are *not* moving off the bottom here for real then this build happening here gets sold. Getting over 2165/70 on COMPX will make me have mildly bullish thoughts.
