The public has no say in it,

But this is a Democracy and the public does have a say, and now Bill and Hillary are bearing the brunt of some of their reckless actions. How many times have you seen Senator Hillary seeking the cameras? How many speaking engagements have been pulled from Bill? The people are speaking loud and clear.

Going back to the time of President Grant (who granted a lot od dubious pardons), this has been a sore spot with a lot of politicians.
The President has the right to grant pardons as he sees fit. Merits or demerits of the case are just not a factor. The public has no say in it, and the inputs of others are strictly advisory. Someday the law might change but for now its a Presidential Perk.

The President ALSO has the right to push "thee button" to start a nuclear war. That doesn't mean that he doesn't have a duty to his country to use his power wisely.

Can the public impeach Hillary as our revenge!
