Given that BTBC has doubled since its filed its preliminary proxy materials, I do not feel that there is much of a play here anymore. The shareholder meeting to approve the reverse merger is being held today. I posted to this thread because I think that there will be a number of similiar transactions in which entities spin off their subs into cash rich busted dot com shells. However, like Ivax Diagnostics, they will probably be subs that would have no other real chance of going public, though, like BTBC, they may provide some short term trading opportunities. Quirky transactions.
