JNPR in merger talks with someone, sorry I missed it. Can't find anything on it online but I heard it and all the rest below on Bloomberg TV

Noreaster being down graded in most areas with storm expected to not be as bad as forecasted.

MCD recalling happy meal skating toys for choking hazard.

Staples were lower by 9 cents from last year but beat lowered estimates by a penny.

Heinz is going to miss by over 20 cents. I might add many food stocks bought as a flight to safety are ridiculously high right now. Expect this to get killed today.

Someone posted an interesting chart yesterday over lapping the NASDAQ and MO. I went back and built my own of defensive play stocks and just as RJR and MO etc moved up the NASDAQ broke down. I am thinking this may serve o help find bottom also. The real bottom may not come until we see these start to come down showing money is not as scared and is willing to come back in. I suspect any moves up in the techs without money rotating out of Bonds, MO etc will just be bear rallies.

Looks like a good open from the futures. I am off to the hospital for the day. Keep this thing climbing for me. I would love to see a huge up day when I return.

Good Luck,

Lee
