I have been interested in rmbs in the past but always stayed away because I was afraid that INTC or someone would simply come out one day and say they are incorporating the technology in their chips. I know RMBS has won some suits and INTC has agreed to use it in some upcoming projects.

Are you not afraid that one day the big chip firms will come out one day and suddenly announce something that will obsolete the use of RMBS technology?
