Scumbria, AMD needs a PR rating on their Athlon processors. They are throwing money down the toilet by letting Intel play the low IPC MHz game. I think it is a complex subject. I think a better tactics (than saying that Athlon has a PR ratings of 1.25 of it's clock speed), it may be an interesting idea to say that P4 has only 80% PR ratings of its clock speeds. But still, the any reference to PR would most likely backfire, since it is easy to find a single app where PR rating doesn't hold, which can be used to undermine the whole campaign. Joe
