Thanks for agreeing with me.

You claimed that the reduction in the deficit was due to the Republican Congress. The deficit dropped from $290 billion to $160 billion before the Reps took over.

Clinton then stopped the Reps from implementing a huge tax cut which would have blown the budget in 1996.
