2:30-2:45 PM is usually the time....for the "powers that RAMP" to do their thing...to get the market going.....I think when that didn't happen, we saw the selloff (that we've experienced over last 10 minutes)...I don't think I was the only one looking for it...other traders too.. Look at the action around 3-3:15 PM too....muni fund buying (?) sometimes comes in...if nothing comes in there...we could get a repeat of Friday...
