Companies making effective use of the internet would have to include Dell and GE. Leading implementers of web-based tools would include Sebel, PeopleSoft, Microsoft, and Oracle.

One company I can't figure out is Kemet Corp. Dominant market position. Sales and profits increasing at greater than 50% and a p/e of about 5. Why won't people buy it?
