Is not HDL the good cholesterol and LDL the bad?

Glenn:

That is correct. I am amazed every time I went to a buffett. Seems that many customers want to have their money's worth. They go back so many time, and yet they have trouble walking to the food line. Huge, huge, huge people, men and women gorging food like there is no tomorrow. Very sad. They just don't care about their health.

Here is a good tip for eneryone's health, and it is cheap: buy oatmeal in bulk. Take it every morning, start with 1/2 a cup a day, mix it with 2 1/2 cups of warm water, add a little milk and a small amout of sugar/honey. Do it dilligently everyday and work it to 3/4 or 1 cup a day. I guarantee (like Jim Fassel of Joe Namath) that you feel better in a month and have a lower cholesterol level.
