Daryll-- Perhaps I was too strong about the word demonizing. However, every post you write about makes it appear that Govt. is bad, inefficient, and indifferent. That is true of many human activities, be them private or public. I watch my wife wake up at 4:00AM to grade her English compositions. She works for Govt. She spends hours trying to make her classes more interesting. Indeed, she won an award from the Chancellor as one of NY State's outstanding professors. Why don't you comment or acknowledge public workers who are committed to excellence? Certainly there are goldbricks in both private and public sectors. Daryll, don't you know anyone in private industry who's chief work skill is ass-kissing? C'mon! fred
