I am suggesting that importance is imposed also and entangled in these concepts....imposed by...?? ...me, based upon a logical, rational, and empirical framework of causation. However, if we wish to be a sustainable venture on this planet, we should learn to read the signs (meaning) being presented in the information stream. I would admit that mine is a philosophy and as such is or can be at odds with other philosophies (like one of anthropocentrism). I'm a relativist so not a bit of this matters in the absolute. Probably. It is not provably better, just seems likely to be better if there is symmetry in the universe. And there may not be. But I'm betting on it.
