Hi John Walliker; Uh... You're not lashing out, are you? An amazingly screwed up article:

Hyundai Samples 3G DDR SDRAM
Electronic News, Mar 05, 2001
Hyundai Electronics Industries (HEI) today revealed it has produced samples of 128Mbit double data rate (DDR) SDRAM using a 0.18-micron process technology. The third generation memory device meets the standards DDR266 and PC2100, and runs at 133MHz on 2.5V, Hyundai said.
...
The DDR SRAM is organized as four banks of 2,097 bits (152bits-by-16bits).

I want to know where these "3G" DDR SDRAM parts can be purchased. I also want to konw how it is that they came to have 2,097 bits in 4 banks of 152 bits x 16 bits...
