Who's whining? It is a fact that the USSC decision resulted in Bush's elevation to the presidency. Do you dispute this? You're the one who sounds like a whiner, frankly. I'm not sure why! Oh wait, it must be that the GOP hasn't received more votes for their presidential candidate since 1988!! edit: It looks like the market may be responding positively to this development. I guess the street realizes that Bush's success could be bad for the economy and Bush's success depends on Cheney!!
