Hi llccman,

Well, I really don't know if there is anything I can say at this point in time. What I will say is this, anytime a companies principles have total control of the stock an shareholders have no say, there is always the chance of something like this happening. I sold out because after reading the previous SEC report an then followed with the last minute shareholders meeting, it became apparent that the shareholders where in trouble. It was better that I lost half of my investment then all of it.

I did some DD on this today when I saw the stock drop an after reading what I read today, I probably should of sold out in June of last year. But that is the way it goes.;-(((((((( That is why it is so important to do your homework everyday with these dreams.;-)))))))))

Will VALH be a 40er again, probably not. Who know where it will end up. The company is just not shareholder friendly.

Ron
