wfii was hit by the delay in 3G roll-out. wfii could suffer a long dry spell. I have not done an extensive dd for that company. I only know that it has a good balance sheet. But then again it is a dated picture of the company, and it is only one of many variables for fundamental analysis. The delay in 3G rollout is definitely a big factor. Dr. Irwin Jacob of Qualcomm should just let a good PR person do the talking. His intention was good to offer CDMA2000 over WCDMA, but his delivery needs to be polished big time.
