Legally-registered guns stop a lot more violent and sexual assaults then these high school tragedies committed by unstable teenagers who have uninvolved parents. I do not think that assualt weapons are necesarily a right that the founding fathers had in mind. They were interested in preventing tyranny, not protecting target practice. But in Scotland not long ago there was a msss muder at a day care center. And in Japan, you are welcome as a vistor, hated as an immigrant. Other countries have their share of nutballs, too. Terrorism comes in many forms. In europe and the mideast, people die all the time in disco bombings, carbomb attacks and airline hijackings. In South Amer, the thugs commit ransom kidnappings all the time. We in the US have domestic terrorism from within; we just have not recognized it as such. Victor
