"Preexisting condition"? Or are you suggesting people can get away with fraud?

So if you didn't have company health insurance, you wouldn't buy it independently? You would wait until you had a catastrophic illness. Save the premium bucks in the meantime. Good for those you leave behind, and if you are lucky you could survive and have all those extra dollars you saved.
