I suppose I could have also mentioned in my essay that the US also has one of the loosest rules on gun controls in the western world.. If i wanted to tie that in further.. I can also say the US has one of the weakest social safety nets in the world for helping catch those falling between the cracks in a capitalist society.. .. My hypothesis is that all of these things are tied together into why the US sometimes can seem to be so polarized and why there is social upheaval...
