Regarding mask production: I am talking about commercial
sources. This was done previously mostly through IBM. That
is essentially shut down. I am familiar with Hank Smith's
work, but it is university R&D. The last remaining comm
effort for masks to my knowledge was with HOYA/NTT, and that
looks like it is coming to a close. I know of no commercial
sources now for masks, although there are still a number of
laboratories with the capability to make them. X-ray today
only continues to exist by virtue of DARPA. There is no
commercial interest apparently. Perhaps there will be someday.

FYI: I currently hold no position in JMAR, nor do I have
an opinion on their current valuation.
