Taggert as in IQ 2, Clinton bailed out Mexico all by himself during the 1995 Mexican crises thus saving economic disaster in North America. Clinton and greenspan created an alliance to lower interest rates and boost the stock markets by paying down the debt with marginal tax increases, resulting in the greatest bull market ever.
