INSP has never missed its estimates and has always beaten them. In particular, it generated $0.04 as net proforma earnings in Q4 against estimates of $0.01 per share. It was a bad decision for INSP in so far as the baggage of bad management that came with it. I think INSP corrected its mistake by getting rid of bad apples. You must be kidding that INSP would follow Horowitz style. Why do you think he was kicked out? If employees liked him and the BOD wanted to have him, why was he fired? Could he not have threatened INSP to form a company taking all those skilled employees? You must have low inference skills. Horowitz was not needed at INSP, and he could not impose himself as the CEO despite his effort and willingness, because he did not have the bandwidth to comprehend INSP's technology, let alone contribute to it!! It makes me laugh when you say that I have bitterness about Horowitz leaving!! LOL!!! I am very excited that I am not a shareholder of a company with an unskilled Horowitz at its helm. As I had said, I don't claim to predict the stock price performance, especially, with an uncertain NASDAQ and US economy, but I have no doubt that INSP will perform well over long run. << Any institution, including PA and his holdings, would be foolish to purchase before the management proves itself as there is a very high risk factor that the company won't EVER prove itself.>> It is a very dumb assertion, because INSP's institutional holdings are 25% as of December 2000. In addition, Naveen Jain holds 62 million, Paul Allen 22 million and Acorn Ventures holds 20 million shares. <<PA has plenty exposure to this stock, he won't add any more.>> Did he tell you that he would not buy any more? Or, you are his advisor and so can make an assertion in his behalf? I am not making any assertion that PA will buy more, he may and I hope he will. The fact is that he has been selling millions of his shares of MSFT, but has sold none of INSP.
