Some of this stuff, especially away from tech, is at just fire-sale prices, IMO. If people learn to be just a little bit patient, they can do well from here on the long side. There are dozens of legit companies out there with single-digit PEs; a long time ago, that stuff mattered to somebody, and I think it will again.
Just IMO.
