The source I used does list GNET...just insert it...Also, will be interesting to compare the two (and more) lists when time permits....but for now, I did compare the activity on the Nasdaq site for Mr. Jain and Mr. Horowitz....You will see they do include figures for 1999....

Since the merger was not even thought of until Mr. Sarin came to INSP in April of 2000 (ample of materials about this), and the merger was announced in July 26, 2000...with the completed merger Oct 12, 2000....

I wouldn't think any trades for either company official BEFORE APRIL 2000 would matter...at least in this context. Now, of course, they might be interesting between April and July, and then July and October....

And PS....I personally wouldn't presume to give Mr. PA any advice...I can well imagine he pays PLENTY for good advice...we'll see, won't we?

Here's what it shows....

True, Naveen Jain sold some of his INSP holdings at $50. But, he has now (in December) exercised 2 million options at approximately $10 million cash paid to the company and has made an open market purchase of 500,000 shares at $4 per share.

So he gets over $55 million for the stock he sold and then spends $12 million to get more than 2 times as much stock that he sold. That is what I refer to as FREE SHARES.;)
