Duane SI did not suspend me as you can see. A poster named bob was suspended for posting a link to another SI site, right here on this thread. That was uncalled for, and that SI site does run a business thru their SI postings. It is the Market Gems site which is run by a person called Jenna. It was thru SI postings that she obtained her customer base and following. Anyone, please feel free to correct me if I am wrong. I also agree that there should be posted in the name of the site that it is a business site so that people are aware of this. Hopefully, someone will start a NEW site where it will say...BUSINESS SITES OPERATING ON SILICON INVESTOR....this way posters would know ahead of time and not be mislead if that is the case. That person could at least decide if that is the path they want to go or avoid a paid site. I am not saying that a paid site is bad. I have never paid a monthly site at this point, but I am not in market much. I think in some instances it might be a good thing, but one would really have to spend a lot of time to see just how good that site is and you need some smarts to begin with to figure even that out. People have to be taught about allocation etc. as well as just take a pick and play it etc... Duane, this is done in violation of SI TOS also, so go figure. The stockmarket is truly a jungle where one can get chewed up pretty fast and then spit out if one does not use caution. Would anyone ever really enter a jungle knowing there are lions, tigers, snakes and other creatures there. Silicon Invester should let their members know that these sites are just what they are. Businesses.... Businesses that give their opinions which could be disastrous or beneficial to ones life. Not everyone can put their emotions in check, use discipline and control themselves when it comes to money. Look at the credit card debt in this world and it tells all. The text should also contain ALL of the sites here on SI that SELL their opinions. It could be updated as needed. Still shaking my head as to why Silicon Investor suspends some people and not others. Money does do strange things to people. Some of it good, and some of it not so good. Peace Patricia
