If they decide that he, in cold blood, decided he wanted to kill people and did that, then, as a juror, I would feel that way. If he was just shooting off a gun to make a scene that would not be appropriate.

I think he intended to kill. I think we can also assume the kid whigged sometime back. Its really sad. A part of this is the failure of his parents. More than the kid, I think they should be put on trial.

I was amazed in the Columbine shootings of how unaware the parents were of the states of mind of their sons and how they missed so many clues. Its pitiful.
