Well, it sure didn't take long for the Houses to give us another one they will be buying - CSCO was downgraded again this morning.

Sheez.....Whatever that guys name was......I sure haven't heard such bullish talk in a long time. I mean this guy won many awards for his timing of markets and he is saying 5000 this year on naz, then like a hot knife thru butter wego to 10,000 then 20,000...........

I really don;t know what to make of all that....anybody give that any credence. The guy had very valid data to back up his thinking, but c'mon....20,000 on naz as quickly as he is saying???? My guess is he misses the award for market timing this year <ggg>.....5000 seems so far away and so long ago...10,000 and 20,000 within 2 or 3 years seems simply incomprehensible.....but, stranger things have happened and there is an awfuly large short position and lots of sideline money, so an explosive move is certainly possible...I just wonder how quickly this will occur. I smell market sentiment changing slightly, but enough to run to 5000 by january??.......Opinions anyone?

V: Looks like a great morning....

Anytime the Naz can shrug off new earnings warnings and move ahead its worth paying attention.

Good old DELL has really started to rebound in the last few days and it continues...Here's a perspective from OLD TRADER -- one of the larger individual DELL investors:

At the moment I really like the OVERsold infrastructure stocks -- ARBA and INSP come to mind. IMO, they could really have explosive moves if the market recovers.

I'm enjoying your posts -- glad you've returned to the porch (SI's best view of the market <G>).

Best Regards,
