OT question.........

Would a finders fee still be payable to a middleman/underwriter in a private placement for a junior if the private placement was going to management/insiders? In other words, if no market needed to be found, would a finders fee still be paid out for simply arranging the placement?

This is not just directed at you Russ, but I'd appreciate any/all thoughts from the thread.
