Dennis, re: Fortuna, in a research note, reiterated a "buy" rating on Dell shares as well as a $30 price target

The combination of a Buy rating and $30 price target is supposed to be valid at ML only when the stock is at or below $25 (minimum 20% upside requirement). Based on where Dell is trading, it should be downgraded. Will it happen? Doubtful. But in light of all the mincing of words ML spokespersons are doing in regard to Blodget, this might be a good opportunity for ML spokespersons to pre-emptively explain why Dell has a higher rating than other stocks which according to ML price targets offer the minimum 20% upside potential with room to spare but do not have the Buy rating.
