It is either really evil, or it is not. If it is only because we say so, and we could just as well have said differently, then our morality is frivolous and an offense against the dead. Furthermore, there is a practical difference in that the truth between our point of view and that of the Nazi is undecidable, which strengthens the claim of evil to legitimacy.......

I find it more noble (personally, imo) if we decide such things are wrong for ourselves than if we are merely recognizing some external notion. Is that the kind of practical difference you were looking for?
