Several points here:

1:) At below 5, LDCL worths only 335M in market cap.
To reach this kind of valuation, we must have a
severe outlook cutback from LDCL. As long as
LDCL maintain its growth projection, I see it
stay at least around and above IPO price.

2:) True, every infrastructure stocks have come down sharply
and at their bottoms. So has LDCL. It has slashed
50% from its proposed valuation last Oct.

3:) EXDS may be at its 52-week low, but still worth some
8B in market cap, showing that this market , ie, web
hosting, does have some value. Even StorageNetwork
still worth some 1.3B today.

I want to stree that I am in no way to say LDCL will never
go below 5. But definitely not in the first 2-3 months.
You need to know that LDCL has a very seasoned management
team. You really think they want to go to IPO if their
upcoming Q1 is a diaster? They will ruin their reputation.
