Now if more CEOs and CIOs would just pay attention to Jack Welch we would have a great situation...

<<The CEO of General Electric, Jack Welch, articulated his stance on IT spending for 2001 pretty succinctly during a CNBC broadcast earlier this year. He said, "In this company, we are driving the hell out of IT spending. We think it is the lifeblood of the company, and digitization's the most important thing we've undertaken. This is the moment to widen the gap -- you won't see one ounce of slowdown in tech spending from us.">>

Best Regards,

Scott

"sell off after 2:00 this afternoon?"

It would fit the "turnaround Tuesday" label and serve to bring in shorts and more bearish sentiment than we've seen so far.

IMHO, IF we're going to get the meltdown so many are counting on to get that perfect entry(g), it's most likely to come this week or next. After that, it's rally time through April IMHO.
