Just thought it very typical that a brokerage house would come out with a buy rating AND a price target more than double ( > 100%) of current trading price right as a gross 76M shares are being added to the shares available to trade. I'd say most of us here would not pay that much attention to a broker's analysis anyway, but some investors would be prey to such manipulation. Anyone wonder how the stock got pumped to over 15?
