In today's NFL, where a quarterback like Trent Dilfer wins a Superbowl with about a dozen completed passes in the whole game, Flutie can pick and choose just about any team he wants and become the starter.

No they aren't over the cap. Have too much money tied up in Kordell and Graham that they would have a cap problem if they cut one of them..
