Simple minded Scumbria is thinking that had there not been a gun in the house, the kid couldn't have taken it from the house.

But I am rather dense about these things. I don't understand the deeper wisdom of the gun lobby.

PS: The gun was at his house, locked in a safe I might add - he lifted the key and basically took it/stole it without permission.

And how does that dispute what I said....that its as easy as getting a six pack?
