Hi Rose,

I bought the RMBS 35 LEAPS (03)

I don't own any of the common; someone had an interesting post - I think that it was on the G&K thread - that RMBS is the ideal stock to take a long position using LEAPS because it is one of those situations which if the pieces come together, one could see the stock take off. If it does not it could tank. So the LEAPS offer the potential upside and yet limit the downside somewhat. I think that there is some validity to that view.

I also have been selling covered calls on half my position when the price spikes up on the nearby months trying to get some of the cost of the leaps back. So far that has worked out well.
