Frank, We proposed that to them, but they didn't have a support model in place for handling multi-tiered service. For our own folks we implemented VPN's. John

[You getting all of this, Graciella?] Yeah, it means I should continue complaining about the email and stop bragging about my speed.....or maybe just shut up and try to stay off their radar. -g- Reminds me of a former assistant who complained to the city about a neighbor who had a junker car in his lot. When they came to inspect the situation every person on the block received a citation of some sort. My response to him was, well that'll learn you about complaining to the city.
