As I have been saying here, the Venz. gov is very motivated. Brisas is important to the economics and GLDR is willing to sell to allow the project to get off the ground. They are not going to hold out for the last dime either. Given that the stock market values Brisas a less than zero, that should be very rewarding from these levels.

Ram, I read this as an indication that GLDR is prepared to do a deal and sell at the right price. The only thing that is unclear is that they say that the "adjacent area" reserves are "estimated". I would think that GLDR has drilled out the claim pretty well and it is certainly above the "estimated" stage..
