Wireless networking hits its stride with 802.11b standard

Five companies are mentioned in the article above. Cisco, Enterasys Networks, Intel, Proxim and Symbol Technologies.

Cisco, Intel, Lucent and Proxim are listed as WIND customers on it's site. As for Enterasys Networks it has a software position requiring VxWorks on it's site. I'm not sure if Symbol uses WIND. It looks like WIND has roughly 80%of the 802.11b access point business.
