Just hoped for a higher flow rate. I thought I remembered Malaysia's first strike had higher flow rates (Libyia too?). Does this news sound any different (i.e. more positive) than we probably expected?? Probably why the shares didn't do too much.

[You guys have all the positives well covered, I'm just trying to account for the seller's logic that keeps this from ever getting anywhere. Note there's been plenty of sell blocs through this. If we just uncorked the champagne why's anyone leaving? Frankly I think the small money managers know they can flip this for news because the execution/delays/whatever - no revenues - never seem to follow through. Hope I'm wrong this time.]

I'm very optimistic and interested in Sudan. Say they keep hitting there; how long before they could be producing (with the pipelines to the adjacent blocs)?

These initial flow rates don't tell the story about recoverable reserves or the commerciality of the block. Many other factors like reservoir characteristics, quality of the oil, etc. need to be determined through testing and appraisal. Can someone tell me something about the production sharing agreement if any on this block. Is it relatively favorable to the contractors or is the government just a percentage partner? TIA. I bought in on the news without doing much DD. By the way I perused the website after buying and the stock appears to be quite undervalued. A reverse split would not be good as Institutional buyers help the stock price and they like many shares for liquidity.
