Someone posted a great cartoon of Cramer on my site that had his head on a butterfly body with a trail that covered the whole page... flitter here... flitter there.

I like him a great deal as a TV personality but I wouldn't pay him with YOUR money for investment advice.

He Jumps on the Dot.bomb mania and IPOs at the peak [ finance.yahoo.com ], runs a hedge fund until it gets too hard to make money, has a TV show with a partner then gets in trouble for pumping his stock on the show and now is back as a regular guest on CNBC.

I'd say he has turned his personality into a way to personally make some good money, but I am not sure how well he has done for anyone that listens to him.

I still like him as a person in that he is honest. We had an email "argument" where I told him to stop spamming me with "pay for TheStreet.com" emails. He answered that it was not spam and I had to explain to him about the customer always being right and ANYTHING unwanted is spam and only a jerk would spam someone intentionally... and he said something like "I'm a jerk" (not me, him) and I was laughing for weeks.
