Mark - no I wouldn't do the math that way - CSCO may own 22% of CORV - but that doesn't mean that every 5 shares of CSCO includes 1 CORV

CSCO - 7.2 B shares
CORV - 342.2 M shares

Thus if CSCO owns 22% of CORV - they own 75.3M shares - and the ratio would then be 75.3M to 7.2B or roughly about 1 share of CORV for every 100 CSCO
