Many of the Trust's look good, I own primarily the O&G ones, however starting
to broaden my scope. Some of the RE ones are paying around 10% and not a deplenishing resource,
also the Pipelines.

A good selection could spin off 10% per year now, and maybe increase the payouts by 10%
each year, $100K and 5-10 years would make for a nice cash flow,
Scott

Bought more CYZ today. This is incredible to watch. CYX has now traded 80% of its float since this deal was announced on Feb 16! CIBC during that time is the largest seller of PWI and the 2nd largest buyer of CYZ. Obviously playing off the discount in the CYZ shares, which has now closed a lot, but is still there - particularly if you factor in the 10% cash payment at $14.00.

Must admit I'm very surprised that PWI didn't take-off this morning. Expect it will happen within the next day or 2.
