Tim,

The Canadians and the Europeans don't have 300,000,000 guns all ready in their countries. They also apparently have less demand for guns. If that demand increased to US levels their gun control laws would not stop the supply any more then our drug laws have stopped the flow of drugs into the US.

Guns beget guns, just as cave men with clubs begat(??) cave men with bigger clubs.

Now your getting it...they are more sophiscated than we are and have realized early on that guns and violence solve nothing.

And what comes first the chicken or the egg? Why do we have 300 million guns floating around in a country with 250 million people....scary, really scary.
