Drop could be attributed to that $10 cell phone story that hit the network news.

<Thanks, but I'm really getting tired of the "they're not getting it" story.>

If your tired of it, then QCOM is not the stock for you. The "road to royalties" is not going to be without bumps. A stock with this much potential is going to move wildly in both directions. The bulls won in 1999, the bears won in 2000 and they have the upper hand in 2001. I guess one thing I see as positive for the Q is the increasing number of bears on this thread.

Just one man's opinion!

<<Any story not even closely related causes Q to tank. Any down news: Chips, computers, hand helds (analog), broadband, G*, China, Korea, Mason jars, Jelly Bean futures, Q goes with it. They'll never get it. >>

LOL! It would be a lot funnier if this wasn't real money, or it wasn't the second go'round. It reminds me of that line from 48 Hours, where Nick Nolte just gets done brawling with Eddie Murphy and the beat cops tell him to put his hands up:

"I'm too tired to put my hands above my head. My gun and badge are on the car"
